Capquest (again)

I recently got a CCJ for a debt with Santander, and this has been sold onto Capquest. I got the court paperwork and had to fish around via a "solicitor" for a number for Capquest. To this day, I haven't received a scrap of paperwork from Capquest and have to phone every month to make a payment. The courts accepted my offer of £10 a month but every time I call Capquest to make these payments, they try and ask for more threatening me with a charging order! Because I managed to lose the court paperwork I am slightly in arrears but should be up to date by the end of this month. I've asked for some paperwork and a direct debit but they said I can't have either because the obnly paperwork I will get is from the court and they won't set up a direct debit because of alledgedly setting up the charging order. I don't believe their threats for a second as I believe if I get the account up to date and maintain payments, they can't actually do this.
To put the icing on the cake, their online payments system on their website won't let me pay with my reference. When I rang to enquire they said it won't work or something!
Any advice on how to throw the book at them? I don't want to be missing payments. Are they obliged to write to me?

If you have lost the court paperwork call up the court and request another copy.
I wouldn't set up a direct debit anyway (you are not in control of how much they take with a DD). I would ask them if you can set up a standing order.
If you have got behind with payments ordered by a court they could apply for a charging order. Try and get them up to date so that should they go for a charging order you may be able to get it declined.
I would also start making notes of everytime you have tried to pay but couldn't - time & date the website wasn't working etc. If they do go back to court you can prove you have tried to pay. Keep any letters you sent asking to set up the DD and any they replied with that said you couldn't etc.
