That is a brilliant idea, and a chocolate cupcake with an orange cream cheese frosting would be great with a mini jaffa cake stuck in.

sainsburys do milkybar mini eggs, that could go on the top of the chocolate buttercream, also how about the cadbury 'mini' chocolate fingers they are really small and would be good on the white coloured icing?
