First year over

Hi all
Just wanted to say its been a year since my LBM and dealing with my Debt mountain,
The telephone does not ring any more and I barely see the postman
All my creditors except 1 have accepted my DMP but they have stopped interest and charges so Im just trying to sort out who to Pay
2 DCA are chasing it so still sending out some letters but saving a few more trees now.
To all who are struggling hang on in there this site is fab for advice and getting things out in the open aswell as inspiration and the fact that you are not alone
So a big thank you to MSE and all the lovely people out there for keeping me going even when I was stressing out posting sometimes repeatable threads, helping me to stay focused and above all there is life aswell as debts and realising that money is not the be all and end all I once thought it was.
THANK YOU

I didn't get those when I was in more debt.

My friends Dad used this analogy for banks...

'They are a friend who gives you an umbrella in the sunshine, but takes it away in the rain'.

    Seems about right!
