Well it's worth it for the charity donation, but the song in that context gives me the creeps. They must have just chosen it for the title and not listened to the lyrics. There was some comedian who summed it up perfectly I thought 'Cheer up Haiti, we've all got problems. Look at poor Cheryl, her husband cheated on her so she knows what you're going through':D

I'm fairly sure that the donation to charity happens when the supplier buys from the distributor, they just market it as so much gets donated when you buy, this was last years single. Having said that it's a great bargain for anyone who loved the song.
