Anyone know about Loughborough Building Society Mortgages?

2 year Fixed Rate (Product rate 3.55% APR 5.0% )
For Direct Applicants only

This seems a great deal. Does anyone know anything about them?

    Nope.

    Product is available up to 80% LTV however above 75% they charge a Higher Lending Fee which can be costly. Maximum advance £200k. It doesn't say anything about only being available to existing Society members, but certainly worth a call to check.

    For 2-year fixed deals up to 80% LTV, HSBC have 3.49% with a lower arrangement fee, lower penalties in the first two years and a lower follow-on rate.
