credit report mix up

Hi there about a month ago i got my credit report from credit expert. everything was fine and expected. However today my brother checked his and my name and accounts was showing up on this. so i went and checked my again and now its saying that my also known as is him? and all his default accounts and bad credit is now on my score and bringing it down?? anyone know how i can get this corrected:(
