Illegible loan agreement

I have posted about this before and im going through replies and a link seems to be broken pointing me to another site for further help. So I am sorry to repeat this one but i am going round in circles and not sure of my next move!

I have a secured loan with Welcome finance, they are unable to provide me with a legible copy of the agreement. I have had copies, enlarged copies and the latest thing they have posted me is a reconstitued version with no signatures etc and another copy of the ilegible agreement.

They have also pointed out and sent me a copy of a letter i wrote last year pointing out that i had misplaced my agreement and could they send me a copy thus proving at one stage that i did infact hold this agreement i assume!

The ilegible copy is virtually non readable, you cannot read the terms, the amounts or the t&c's, its all very blurry and unclear.

I have sent them all the template letters from this site following the 'illegible' agreement link and they just seem to keep sending me further copies and not acknowledging the letters i am sending them.

I would be extremely grateful is someone could give me some advice as to what my next step should be?
