Milk and More £10 free groceries

I have done a search and not found anything on this although it is advertised on TV and radio?

First you check they deliver to your postcode and then you can register on milk and more (can't post link as a newbie)

You can browse through the products and when you get to the checkout you put in WEBFEB to get a £10 credit on your next invoice. Apprently the invoice is sent on the 20th of the month and taken from your debit/credit card 3-5 (-£10) days later.

The £10 can be spread across several orders.:rotfl:

I suppose you could set up an order then cancel after you have your £10 worth which is what I have tried BUT my delivery was due yesterday and ended up calling the helpline and they explained that my online order had not reached the local depot and the problem should be solved and my delivery should come tomorrow.

Personally this was just way to get £10 of free shopping to feed myself and two teenage boys on benefits. I did tell the customer service department it was bad service and hope I might get further credit so am hanging on to see what happens and will let you all know!

Worth a look in the meantime as the offer is only on until the 28th February and they have items on offer which end on 20th. I was planning to see what offers are on after the 20th...

Apologies if this is posted somewhere else. Still Quite new to this.

  • Sounds like a good offer, I did the same last year. It took 3 attempts to receive my groceries and then they billed me several times for the same order.

Like you, I used a special offer wanting the free groceries. Now I wish I hadn't. It took a lot of time to sort out the invoicing mess and now they are they are sending me emails 'thanking me for my payment' when I haven't used them in over 8 months. I have been told it will take weeks to remove my details from their system.

Good offers we love but this one might come with irritation
  • Well my delivery did NOT arrive on Friday as expected so I called customer service again! Got quite irritated and demanded to speak to a manager! I got a call back less than 2 hours later and more apologies. They explained the ordered had to re-ordered and they would do this on my behalf and promised it will arrive on Monday...also as a gesture of good will I will not be charged? Does that mean I can add another £10 worth of shopping for free? Let's see what happens on Monday.
I have a feeling that since they are advetising on radio and TV that they have been inundated with orders for the same reason and their systems cannot even cope with it! Think they'll end up out of pocket? I've even noticed they have taken the £10 free groceries offer off their website even though it runs until 28th Feb.

  • Our order arrived today but after we'd left for school so not much use if I needed milk for breakfast.
  • Our order came this morning ! very pleased with the order considering it was all for free! would have been even better if they had included my clementines! Oh well i supposed there's nothing really to moan about - it was free .:j

I only ordered £7 worth for some reason, not sure if I'll be able to use the remainder on another order.
Only problem was that a cranberry drink I ordered was kind of split. Not been able to complain as there is nowhere to email them and I don't really want to ring.
