    So upset - Tesco would not accept my coupon - they were really really rude about it too. They said they don't accept print outs even though it is completely unique and had my name on it. I officially cannot stand Tesco any more and will no longer contribute to their overflowing coffers.

    It's well worth complaining to Innocent about this as they will want to know and will probably send you a voucher out to compensate. They are very good for customer service:D

    I would probably also try to complain to Tesco's customer service as they were the ones who embarrased you for no good reason!:)

    Yes I have just contacted Innocent and will no doubt be complaining to Tesco - very annoyed with them! :mad:

    I find it depends on who is serving you at Tesco as to whether they accept.... both myself and my partner went into the liverpool hannover st tesco within about 10mins of each other and his got accepted and mine refused.
    This was for the milka ones ages ago, not the innocent one btw.

    I really wanted the orange juice but I tried several different supermarkets and they'd all run out of orange so ended up with apple instead. Lovely juice though!
