RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Orion Media Ltd.’s (“Orion”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at www.gem106.co.uk apply to ‘Win Adele 21’ radio competition (“the Competition”) which will run from 6th February 2011 until 28th February 2011 only (“the Duration”). The “Radio Station” is Gem 106.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1. Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.gem106.co.uk answer the entry question provided and register their details. Online entry will open at 6th February 2011 and close on 28th February 2011.
1.2 10 Entrants will be randomly selected from all correctly answered online entries on 28th February 2011. and contacted via phone. Only on successful contact with the selected Entrant shall the winner be declared. The Radio Station reserves the right to randomly select a new eligible Entrant if any Entrant cannot be contacted after 2 hours. All decisions are final.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be over the age of 14, be UK residents and live in the Radio Station’s registered transmission survey postal code area (TSA) [a list of eligible UK postal codes is available on request from the Radio Station
2.2 Contestants who are declared winners may only win once in this Competition.
2.3 The Radio Station reserves the right to disqualify from play any Entrant residing at the same address as a declared winner in this Competition (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc.). Orion reserves the right to withhold prizes from any such person, and to reclaim any such prize if a breach of this rule is subsequently discovered.
2.4 Entrants who have previously won a prize of over £500 in value on the Radio Station within the last six months will not be eligible to enter this Competition, nor will any person residing at the same address as that Entrant. Please refer to point 2.6 in the general competitions terms & conditions for full details of this condition.
2.5 The Radio Station reserves the right to reselect another random Entrant if any contacted Entrant’s Telephone line drops out or fails due to any other technical reason, including battery loss.
2.6 The Radio Station reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to the Competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.
2.7 Orion and the Participating Radio Station shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose entry is not received.

3. Prize:
3.1 There will be 5 winners in this Competition.
3.2 Each Prize consists of the Album ‘21’ by Adele.
3.3 The Prize is non-transferable and the tickets cannot be exchanged for another prize or cash.
3.4 Orion reserves the right to substitute the Prize
