I have these boards and a bad design element is that these kinds of boards don't last forever and its frustrating that my vegetable one is very worn and the others as new.
Thus I'm stuck with a nice stand with either a board missing or a useless board in it. If anyone from Joseph Joseph is reading start selling replacement boards seperately please!0 -
ohhh - i just ordered them but i think u have a point... might cancel as its a clear design fault!0

having looked at them and my fairly similar but cheaper ones from Lakeland I think next time I will but good chefs boards that dont groove so much - definitely dont get the lakeland ones if you use sharp knives.0

I really like my chopping boards but agree about not selling individual boards as my green veg one is also worn out. But i have seen a seller on Ebay selling the individual replacement boards, like the green veg one and the cooked food white ones. They are not on there now but worth having a search once in a while. I also have the mixing bowls and they are great! Nice non-slip base and lovely that they fit nicely into each other to save space.0 -
I've noticed they've started to sell bits & pieces in TK Maxx, yesterday they had worktop savers for £3.99, colonders for £4.99 and 'chop to pot' chopping boards for £7.99
Also had the following in a range of colours, although I can't remember the prices...

Costco is currently having these boards on at 25% off of their already low price, so they are at £16.18 at the moment. HTH.0

I read the title and got all excited for a moment..... you see i thought it referred to Jospeh (of the technicolour dreamcoat variety) and I was thinking 40% off the loin cloth, that'll do nicely!!

There's a very good reason why the chopping boards are reduced. Read the Amazon reviews from anyone who's had them for more than a few weeks - they're an overpriced pile of ****.0

You cannot beat IKEA plastic chopping boards. Only a couple of quid and I always throw a few in the trolley when I shop there.
Why stick to the standard colour convetions, I just have a load of white and red ones and use what ever is clean when I need one.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100 -
I have these and love them, I only paid £17 for them though in one of the cash and carry's. They look great and are really good for storage. They do mark easily however and aren't very big. I like them though - each to their own!0
