ok yesterday morning i placed an order which was cancelled :mad: within 20mins,A friend ordered late afternoon and she got hers so i thought id have another go and pay via paypal think its ajoke paying with card n taking days for the refund :eek:
so last night i placed a order for 7 baileys and guess what?
got a email this morning saying my items are on the way :j
dont kno if it was bcoz i paid via paypal or bcoz it was later on
dont think bhs could cope with all the orders coming in at once haha

anyway thanks claire21 and hope u all get yours but if like me its worth tring again

Collected my order in store this morning. All there, very pleased.

Also picked up some (MORE!) jewellery, all reduced stock is now BOGOF and most of it is £2 or £3....couldn't resist!

Really annoyed at BHS. Ordered alcohol gifts on 21st Jan - no sign of order and they don't want to know. Gave me number of store to contact - they have no record of on line order and then queue on customer service line. Thought on line ordering was supposed to save time!! Good lucj to everyone else who ordered - don't think I'd use them again!!

Out of stock again. Don't know how many times I have missed this one. I'm wondering if they just add this a few times to take people into their site. BHS Customer Services are non-existent. I purchased a gorgeous quilt cover and pillowcases and the order went through okay and payment also went through okay (I think it was in November 2010). I got an email the following day to say that it was sold out. I emailed them to say that their website should be set up to automatically list items as out of stock immediately when they sell out. I am always courteous in my emails so there was nothing that would have annoyed them but they did not even have the decency to reply. Luckily my niece managed to get it for me in one of their stores.
