I posted some of the relevant T&Cs in OP but thought it might be a good idea to have them all on here

1. Entry is open to those aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Ted Baker and Quintessentially Travel, the associated Quintessentially network and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the creation and administration of this draw.
2. This promotion is void where local law prohibits participation. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to enter.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. To enter: visit one of the sites below and fully complete the entry form :

5. Entries accepted between 00.00am on 1st September 2011 and 11.59pm on 30th November 2011.
6. Only one entry per person / email address is permitted..
7. Winners will be selected via three separate random draws, from all valid entries received within the relevant period, to be conducted under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
a. Entries received between 1st September and 30th September 2011 will be entered into the draw to win the trip to Paris. The draw will take place on 3rd October 2011.
b. Entries received between 1st October and 31st October 2011 will be entered into the draw to to win the trip to London. The draw will take place on 1st November 2011.
c. Entries received between 1st November and 30th November 2011 will be entered into the draw to win the trip to New York. The draw will take place on 1st December 2011.
8. The prizes : there are three prizes, one for each of the three separate draw periods : 1 x trip to Paris, 1 x trip to London and 1 x trip to New York. The odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries.
All prizes include;
a. Return economy flights, if applicable, for two to the prize draw destination from the main international departure airports of Los Angeles, New York (JFK or LaGuardia), London or Paris whichever is nearest to the residence of the winner.
b. Three nights in a top boutique hotel (double occupancy, including breakfast)
c. Transfers to and from the destination airport to the hotel
d. £500 spending spree at Ted Baker for the winner.
e. £500 spending money for the winner.
9. All monetary amounts will be in the local currency at prevailing rates of exchange.
10. New York Prize Only: At least one of those travelling to New York must be aged over 21 at time of travel.
11. Travel to the departure airport, travel insurance (mandatory), additional meals and additional spending money are the responsibility of the winner.
12. No cash alternative. Prizes are not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
13. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their guest have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date) and any other visas or other documentation required.
14. All bookings must be made via the Promoters appointed travel agent and once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets or compensation will be provided.
15. The trip must be taken within 6 months of winning. Blackout dates will apply (including Thanksgiving (NY trip), Christmas and Easter). Precise dates will be advised at time of booking.
16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
17. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
18. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, corrupted or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
19. Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 3 days of the draw date and required to complete, sign and return a Prize Winners Disclaimer. If a winner is uncontactable via reasonable means for 7 further days or does not respond to notification or does not return the Disclaimer within the stated time limit, they will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected as above.
20. The names and regions of the winners will be available on www.facebook.com/tedbaker, www.twitter.com/ted_baker www.tedbakerblog.com, www.facebook.com/QuintTravel & www.quintessentiallytravel.com for four weeks from the middle of the month following the closing date of each draw period.

22. 23. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the promotion including a blog to be posted on Ted Baker’s social media sites.
24. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize.
25. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
26. This Promotion will be governed by laws of the England and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
27. Flight upgrades, additional nights or other additional travel arrangements are welcome on request to Quintessentially Travel at supplementary cost.
