Terms and Conditions of the Prize Draw
1. Enter online at Elleuk.com between 1st November and 30th November 2011 for a chance to win Monsoon Accessorize gift vouchers.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and have a valid UK or ROI postal address, email address and telephone number.
3. There is 1 prize of Monsoon Accessorize gift vouchers (£500 if the winner is in the UK, €550 if the winner is in ROI). The prize will be issued to the winner by 31st December 2011.
4. Vouchers lost in the post or otherwise, will not be replaced.
5. The prize cannot be modified, transferred or sold and there is no cash alternative.
6. GBP vouchers can be used in any Monsoon or Accessorize store in the UK. Euro vouchers can be used in any Monsoon Accessorize store in ROI. Vouchers are not valid for online or home delivery service purchases and are subject to the gift voucher Terms and Conditions.
7. Vouchers may be used in conjunction with cash, credit card, or other accepted forms of payment to purchase Monsoon Accessorize goods.
8. The winner will be drawn at random by Hachette Filipacchi (UK) Limited (“ELLE UK”) and will be notified by either email or telephone. The winner permits ELLE UK to pass their contact details to the Promoter* for the purpose of contacting the winner and supplying the prize.
9. The winner’s name and county will be available for two weeks from 31st December 2011 to anyone sending a self addressed envelope to: Marketing, 1 Nicholas Road, London W11 4AN.
10. Employees of Monsoon Accessorize Limited or Hachette Filipacchi (UK) Limited are not eligible to enter the competition.
11. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

13. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
