Quicklink TV consists of two adaptors: the first goes in to the USB port of your Windows (XP, Vista or 7) computer, whilst the other sits next to your TV. A signal is sent between the adaptors, so that whatever you see on your computer screen can be transferred to your television without messy wires ruining the look of your living room.
The adaptor which connects to your television gives you a choice of connecting via VGA (the old standard for connecting monitors to computers; many flat screen TVs still carry VGA ports) with an additional audio port for sound, or the newer HDMI standard, which carries both video and sound in the same cable.
