However HSBC do have the best rates, so let bygones be bygones and ask them to appeal? at the end of the day think of the savings over a couple of years.
I know everyone has different experiences but I have found HSBC to be brilliant, we have just been accepted for a 90% LTV 2 yr fixed with them. When we went in we watched them type in the salary details into the system and they obviously took our payslips, statements etc so it is a little worrying they got it wrong with you.
There mortgage booking fees are soo much cheaper than other 90% mortgages as well so don't forget to take this into account.0 -
