The St Austell store has a high proportion of silly ***** on their staff!!! I have had a number of problems in there (a few coupon related issues but mainly hygiene issues regarding chilled foods being stored at incorrect temperatures or being left out of the chillers for extended periods - sometimes on the dirty floor!!!). Even senior management have lied about these issues and, even the new Store Manager has admitted to me (in front of my DH) that he has 'issues with a number of his staff! If the Store Manager can't keep his staff in order then the rest of us haven't got a hope.

it is sad that these members of staff have the "power" to cause so much hassle with the customers.:(
