still no response from my email to tesco that I sent on 17th, I have just emailed again. . . . . . . :mad:

I still await your comments about my experience on 17th feb as explained in the email you recieved from myself, I need to know why you allow your staff to be continually rude to customers,and ill informed of your policies.

Not sure if anyone has answered this jonty but if you enter the comp then you get a 50p moc every time you lose

6. Each pack can be used for one entry only. Entries are limited to individual households (IP address) to one entry play per day.

I wonder how they monitor this? as its not stopping you from playing more than once so i'm guessing its not logging the I.P address so how do they know how many times you've played??
