Great idea Gill - I've just done the same (not with your wording though ;)) - I've laid it on thick - not used store in question for some time (I haven't - they stopped taking coupons as cash before Black Friday :rotfl:)

I have posted this on the other thread...they are so angry on there, at least we seem quite calm about it.....so now we can talk about 'Pre Black Friday' and ' Pre DTD RCD'( rule change day !!)....

The thing that surprises me is that everyone seems surprised...it was inevitable as it being abused so blatantly...£100 a month is excellent and at £20 , that's 5 shops a month, sems very reasonable to me...I read a post a few pages back were someone said they had been re-cycling their receipt...so they openly admit abusing the system and wonder why Tesco have decided to do something about it.Sorry if this upsets most of you, as I'm the first to post in favour of Tesco's new T&C's ,you really can't blame them for changing them....I've used it to my advantage twice so far, and have 1 to use,all were shops around £30, and no alcohol, used Tesco credit card to ensure I get my points, don't mind them knowing it's me, and I'm well under the £100 limit which I always intended to stick to ...not being smug here, just my opinion, and we are all entitled to our own views, I'm not slagging anyone off and don't expect to get slagged off in return.. it seems that Tesco aren't as bigger fools as a lot of people assumed they were...be honest ,the way it it was going we all knew it would not last...

Actually BS I agree, I think people have really taken it too far when they have been receiving vouchers for huge amounts and it was inevitable that T would do something about it.

My voucher should have been for £30 and like the rest of you got £20, but I have just been shopping and got just over £30 of shopping for 45p, so I cant really complain (used 2 x Fairy £1 coupons, NOTW £5 voucher and a £5 coupon). I havent worked out what I should get tomorrow yet but I must say working with smaller amounts actually suits my brain when it comes to working out exactly what I should buy before I go and then finding the appropriate items, and also carrying it home.

ps I realise i was lucky they took both £5 vouchers.

When people talk about re-cycling their vouchers on the dtd thread, they mean they are using a dtd voucher to get another dtd voucher, not re using the vouchers.;)
Your post doesn't upset me bully as I knew it wouldn't last, hence all my warnings to everyone to be careful. I always bought stuff with the mind that if it was a small mistake and came back as not found I could take the hit but if it was a big item I had bought I could take it back.
I don't know why people are getting too upset as all but fresh stuff can just go back to the shop and they should give you the refund on a gift card if paid with coupons or dtd voucher. Its a lot quicker to do that than spend hours moaning/firing off emails to Tesco which prob won't be answered or will be answered with a standard reply.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    Well said Blue and Bully.....:T:T:T
I too agree with you. Whatever T has given us was a bonus.

And I too did not use it much, with no alcohol at all (me non alcoholic like Bully) and I am grateful whatever I had. No point in getting hot on this point, only because they changed the terms.

Lets stick to our coupons and bargains thread which is not bad either.;)

Velvet has also given us some bonus money. Again thanks to Bully for encouraging us to do comping.:A

I agree too Bully and Blue - although I did feel better when I'd sent my email.
I can't get to Asda anyway - usually go to M's on a lunchtime.
I'm not angry or upset either - it had to happen. I kept my DTD's below £100.

Guys - reprint your vouchers - they are now the correct amount and Tesco have changed the T&Cs again!
