    Hi all

dtd - lost out on Douwe Egberts, said n/f - rubbish I saw it in Asda

also the Galaxy chocolate - again n/f

Will keep the choccy, and return the coffee.

Do you know something, how do we find time to see to our homes/family, we spend all day looking for bargains of one sort or another, be it Asda price guarantee, wombling, Tesco price guarantee, wombling. Velveting, and various other money making bits and bobs, including couponning.

In Asda, wombled a couple of receipts this morning, noticed some of the cereals have gone up,and pringles gone up.

    CWxx

I had same problem with Douwe Egberts coffee. Also old price of £1.31 instead of £2.54 used to match against. A**ses and elbows comes to mind:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Take care when getting your receipts from the sa and make sure it is all there. I shopped last night but the receipt had a torn corner which I didn't notice until I got home. Doh!!

Apologies for being a bit slow here, but can anyone let me know of the thread explaining the DTD tip. I've only just stumbled upon this and I am a bit confused. I need to try to understand from the beginning. Thanks for your patience.

Thwarted by the SA....had it all worked out was going to use the £5 NOTW and my £32.28 moc...worked out very carefully my shopping was going to cost me 10p....scanned goods and came to £34.79...little perplexed as after she scanned the £5 the £32.28 woud not scan...so she removed the £5 and then of course the £5 would not scan as not spent enough....I was confused has I had worked it out very carefully....took the NOTW moc back and have just checked receipt to see where I went wrong...silly SA only scanned 2 Oatabix instead of 3...ordinarily this wold be to my advantage, but not on this occassion....if she had scanned it I would have still got it for free but would have been paid 51p to take it away...DOH!!! So if I have done my homework should get a DTD tomorrow for £32.60...will use this on my big shop at the weekend together with the NOTW £5.

I'm stocking up on Oatabix 'cos although have won years supply of cereal, hubby prefers Oatabix to the clusters I won...they have a long date on them too....got 2x 9 Finger Kit Kats,3 Oatabix,1 x Babywipes,5 x Kelloggs Cereal Bars (raisin)4 x Sure Deodorant, 1 x Lurpak.....
Won't need any more deodorant for a while or butter as it does not freeze.....
Is the £100 limit the total after it has been doubled ie.the total of the vouchers they send , or is it the amount before doubled...iyswim.....total just over £76 so far....so can I only get another £24 before the end of the month??? Anyone know??TIA

I freeze bitter all the time and it comes out fine. I noticed today it is no longer on bogof in Tesco so can buy as many as I want.:j:j
People are getting dtd vouchers for over £100 so I would say ATM the £100 is before it is doubled so £200, but would think this would change. Going off to get some more wine and cheese amongst other stuff and to spend a few vouchers.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

omg, I am such a wus . Went into T's today armed with list of possible DTD's posted by J&M and bottled it :o. Didn't know where to start, so I came out with a loaf of reduced bread and a pack of jelly babies! (hangs head in shame :o)

mine was intact but I shredded it so I dont get greedy:D meaning re-use.:rotfl: I don't wish to get my favourite cashier into any trouble cos' their till number is on the receipt.

I don't know how some of you manage to do it as for the past 3/4 days I have not been playing comps properly as Tesco fiasco is taking over my life!!! and I can't seem to get it off my mind! Could not wait for the next day to come any sooner for me dtd voucher. Sad ain't it!!!
