Checked the other DTD - £21 - one of the wines didn't work though. Can I still use the £21 off and then get a refund at CS for the wine?

Some stores mark or sign the receipt when you use the dtd voucher and some take the receipt. Guess if it's marked and cs know about the promotion, you could get done big time. Unless you go to some young dumb sa who doesn't mark your receipt or take it, then maybe you could. Good luck all the same.

I believe you can get a refund if you can prove you did not get dtd on it. You will need to take a screen print of the list they send you to show you didn't get dtd and there is then no reason not to give you your money back.

Someone else on here did it and had to prove it wasn't included on the dtd by showing the screen print.

If it was me I would use the dtd voucher first and then ask for the refund.

Apparently there is no reason at all that Tesco should keep your dtd receipt, say you want to keep it.

    Well done :T:T

Strangely, no you don't get a winning email. Post the claim form off with receipt and promotional pack (just to be on the safe side ;)) registered delivery.

  • I didn't receive mine either - not very impressed.
On another topic has anyone won anything decent on the Muller comp. thingy? I got £1 voucher for some obscure shop the first time I did it and nothing but rubbish computer games every day since.

Yes, I won a pair of cow print wellies (also a lot of cow rubbish games) - Muller rang 3 days later to confirm size required.

PS. Go tomorrow. They normally have staff on CS over the weekend that have no idea what they are doing.
