I think the more ppl post on their FB the fastest they get their fingers out!

"we're looking into why some people are having difficulty playing. Please accept our apologies for this and we'll let you know when we've resolved the issue."

Btw, me asked Velvet - they said just the barcode (without the promotional arrow ) with receipt is fine - meaning - you guys should not go out & pay more than £1.75 (ex.voucher) & still looking for promotional code. Wilko got plentyfull of it (normal pack with no promotional arrow) & they are still on offers.

:mad::mad::mad::mad: velvet won't let me play!!! it still states that I have played even though now I am using me own pc & diff. addy. I think they must have messed it up! I am using 3 diff emails. pcs & name still won't let me enter.:(

I've asked velvet to clarify this on their facebook page - sorry but i think this is unfair to those that have bought the promotional packs and yet again they're moving the goalposts.

I paid a whopping £2.41 for a promotional pack from local Co-op but it doesnt state when claiming that you have to send them the promotional barcode it just states to include the receipt as proof of purchase. Has anybody been paid out just sending claim form off with receipt?

I've sent all my claims just sending a receipt as proof of purchase and have received cheques for all except the very latest ones I sent last week

    Hi,

I am going to the metro centre tomorrow :j - I live in the middle of nowhere so never usually bother with printable coupons as I we don't have the right shops however I'm on the hunt tonight to get prepared!

Are there any good freebie vouchers on the go at the moment? I was thinking along the line of free makeup at department stores etc but I'll check out anything!

    Cheers
