  • myalphabetgirls I also send you my hugs from Fru game and you have a better day today.

    Naomi :)

Thanks naomi, (and Ive thanked my other well wishers too) - a good sleep and the sun shining this morning helps. So easy to go down the slippery slope of self-pity - trying hard to be philosophical and accepting of fate's deal but finances are always emotive issue and sometimes hard to see the wood for the trees.

Have had another look at the tesco price guarantee thing and despite my earlier reservations wonder if its worth considering - sounds like free food to me and Ive done some of my own comparisons this morning. Time consuming and its made me late for the squirrels but if free nosh then all good.

CW - I too would have gone for that receipt, might have had trouble squeezing my bum through the fence but where there's a will theres a way. Strangely though all the long receipts Ive found have been the smallest payout - just goes to show - never overlook small things ;)

Apologies for vent of self-pity yesterday. Onwards and upwards eh? We could be in Japan and then Id have more to worry about than a drop in salary.

Lets have a group moment to remember their plight.

thank you friends for offering up your fru-puds hugs!
Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

Morning all! Got woke up by my pigging cough - had enough of it now.
Just done my Asda receipts from yesterday and one was a voucher for £3.33 but not sure it was worth the pain that i'm in with my arm now!
Housework this morning then ironing by which time hopefully the sun will have come out and me and the dogs can go walking. Must catch up with my comping as well.

I have the money in my bank! I just entered once a day as per the terms. How could it be void if i have the cash in my bank. Reading back on here though it looks like people been entering multiple times. Thanks for the well done and hope you have luck in the future.

The local papers and news will contact you if you do win big! I am just in talks now but not sure if to go forward or not. Speaking to velvet press office tomorrow.

How did they pay you so quickly you only won yesterday, that was extremely quick considering the time they take to issue a £5 cheque.

    Morning All,

Wow! I can't believe how fast this thread is moving. Not been about much for the past week as i'm still not well after my recent virus :( (health not computer
:)). I will have to have a 'thanks fest' later on.

Congratulations everyone with their good news, especially on their Velvet wins - I've just tried it and got another squirrel! Just a thought - do you think there are lots of these pesky little creatures roaming the Triple Velvet forest, or is it just the same one that occasionally has a tea break!

Still can't win an Anchor flirty, squirty thingy, although I am getting faster (28 secs:)).

Commiserations to anyone who's not having such a good time in their life - I hope things get better soon.

Anyway, off out to try to get NOTW Coop voucher (silly me tried to get one yesterday :o- told you I still wasn't well ).

    See you later.

Re the coupon note it says "only original coupons will be accepted" so they may refuse printed versions

  • Morning all :)

I was under the impression that someone had just taken a pic of the NOTW moc for people to see, then hosted it on image shack?
