    Got 2 TPG's back and guess what - T's is cheaper than A ;).
Half of the items weren't compared - do Asda sell Toffee Crisp - I think so :)

When I queried the same thing I was told the pg is only done on ceratin items. Anybody care to guess which are the ones used? No prizes btw:(:(:(

Me not bothered as we all know Tesco does not keep their promise as usual. When I don't have conditional spend coupon(s) me dont shop @ T - me go to Asda always & me go to Morris only to buy the BOGOF stuff that me want. Morris has lots of velvet @ £2 (pack of 4) promotional packs.

  • The last summer GFS (pre black-friday) I encouraged OH to flirt with young trolley-dolley handing out the goody bags on way out. We got 26! (he's good at it!) There was a full size macleans whitening toothpaste dispenser in each one and haven't had to buy toothpaste since!

I was devil-woman in those days - nothing nor no-one would keep me from a pile of mocs I could spot from 20 yards on a counter. Would shamelessly use child and OH to distract at whatever cost so I could get me paws on a pile. It was such an adrenaline rush, I loved it. Its not the same now the coupon frenzy (coupons as cash) has passed but its actually more enjoyable now and I spend more time browsing. OH still flirts but hey.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
I also got mine yesterday and also using a T till spit as well as a mailing - will try for the freebie later. Was it difficult Jeferey?
Really easy TS - just bung the codes in. I already had an account from ages ago on Coinks when Discovery Tortillas etc. were doing coupons in the pre-black friday days.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

  • morning all!

had a good shop at Mr T's yesterday, used :
£6off wys £40 courtesy of Tesco
    £5off wys £30 co-op
    2x innocent £1 off - (making them 50p each)
    50p Dove -( deoderant 50p)
50p Velvet (only one big promo packet left, was cheaper than the ticket said tho, £4 after moc)
    2x Carefree ( 15p each)
2x Nairns oatcakes, small bags (free i think or pence)
2x £1 airwick candles (50p for two, they were BOGOF at £2.50)
    75p Kingsmill (44p)

all that and a few heavily reduced pastry goods, and wombled a couple receipts on the way out... am thinking wombling from Ts is going to be pointless because Ts make their own deceitful rules! Like you said DrWho, I'd much rather go to Asda's/Mozzys unless I've got a few conditional spends to unload on them lol.
thanks again to everyone on here for the voucher help, shopping has become much more interesting and cheaper since :)

I think I might be playing the Velvet game the wrong way :o Do you just keep inputting the same codes each time and hope you get lucky or do you have to buy a new pack each time? Some of the packs I have bought have the same barcode but whichever I input I keep getting that pesky little squirrel.

Also, I think I need more lessons on the anchor squirty thing, I keep getting stuck round the elbows and running out of time!!

Mad, soooooooo sorry you had a fall, glad you're ok- if you had been carrying some Triple Velvet packs you would have had a nice soft landing.
    ;)

Sorry, forgot to say Good Morning Everyone
