    plus i got another bonus Plenty sent me an e-mail that i won 5£ in NOVEMBER but was wrongly told by the machine that i have not. they r sending me a check :)

    Can anybody advice me: I need to send my receipt to claim velvet wim, but i also collect tokens for allison bread freebie and need the same receipt. Can i send a copy? Do i need to send the whole packeging as well? Thanks

    Marris - you can send a photocopy and when i've sent packaging i've just cut an area big enough that includes the barcode and the red arrow. If you look on facebook they have a facebook page where lots of questions like this have been answered and is a good source for FAQs. Don't forgot to send it recorded delivery as well just to be on the safe side (that's for £100 or more wins)
