Went for OR interview about a month ago, and haven't heard anything from since, just wondering what happens next?

I had a similar thing, had the interview and then didn't hear anything for a bit, then I got a letter asking for some paperwork and to clarify a few points, then its all gone quiet again.
I am working on the theory that no news is good news and am keeping my head down!!Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

All went quiet for us until about 6/7 weeks after the OR interview. Then got a fair amount of correspondence from OR offering us the beneficial interest in the house and life policies. The BI in our car was sorted out then too. DH was also notified that they had no interest in his pension and he received correspondence regarding his nil tax IPA. We continued to send payslips into Moonbeever until the end of the tax year, when DH's Nil Tax IPA was completed.
Once that was all dealt with, again it went quiet. DH got notified his file had been transferred to the RTLU about 5 months in. Mine had gone to the National Dividends Unit. Both deal with assets, admin etc
Then again it went deadly quiet until about 7 weeks pre-AD my DH had to fill in a new SOA, that was sent back and eventually AD passed. We did notify the OR through the year of the odd payrise my DH received too.
Looking back, I felt on tenterhooks through the whole year, expecting something to go wrong
but I am a worrier, so to get to AD was somewhat of a relief!!
Good luck

I keep waiting to find out too. I live in dread of an IPA, hoping we won't get one but as hubbies wages are VERY up and down it is doubtful but feel as if we are walking a line trying to balance it all out. No news is good news I supposeBuilding a new life after bankruptcy0

Hi all,
I have posted a couple of times while sorting out my own credit files and have received some fab advice, so now i am hoping you can help me sort out my hubbys credit file??! (Lazy boy!)
Hubby was declared bankrupt in April 2008, i think he got some papers from the OR shortly after, then, not heard a peep from them ever since! After hubby seeing me sort my own file out he kind of followed suit and checked his own credit file, he still has things on there that are in default and not settled.
Now he has never received any discharge papers or anything from the court since the original proceedings, does this mean he is no longer BR? and how does he go about getting a discharge certificate and start cleaning his files? and also is there somewhere (a register or the like ) where he can check his discharge date?
Many thanks for your help0 -
Just ask the OR to write a letter for you. It will probably cost you about £25 as the forms will have been archived now.
From the court, but that costs £65. Although is free if you are in reciept of certain benefits.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
