  • LOVE love love MAC Make up, so happy to see Debenhams doing it. Thanks to OP :T.
I use the Studio Fix Fluid foundation, never found anything that's come close, never had a breakout from it, but maybe I'm just lucky. I'm very tempted to try the Pro Longwear one too now . I also use their blushers, brushes and eyeliners and love them.
Trying to control my spending :o

I've nenevr used Mac makeup but I'm looking for a nice blusher - I'm really pale so normally go for a really pink blusher.. should I go for MAC and any suggestions?

Hi, I actually suggest a coraly/peach colour instead of pink if you're really pale. They look lovely for the summer too. Clinique 'aglow' is gorgeous. I also like Mac Margin.

I love Mac - the foundation in a glass jar is fantastic for me - and I'm really fussy on foundation as I have very sensitive skin and typical Irish colouring (pale, a little freckly, slight red head tones). I love the blusher too, and the eyeshadows. Never dried the mascara, lipsticks etc though. They will be next on my list!

Don't get the mascara! I've not heard of anyone who likes them >.> they're horrible.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I love MAC, but I usually wait until I have a "special occasion" and book myself in for my make-up done - they do a fab job, make sure my false lashes are secure ;) and then you get the £25 back to spend on products, I always spend a little bit more though!! Glad to see it finally available from debs :T

I find buying makeup of the internet hard, unless you have used it before, as I never know what colour to get. Any ideas? I am quite pale. I usually buy ivory :0

  • Wow, thanks so much for this one. I love mac mineralize foundations. I use the liquid and the powder and never have problems with breakouts:D

The Prep and Prime Translucent Finishing Powder is expensive, but the single best powder I've ever used and it lasts for ages as you only use a tiny bit. It is white but apparently it works on all skintones.

I'm curious about shades too. I know I'm a W but I'm torn between 15 and 20. I'm usually a Dior 010 as I'm very fair but Mac is £10 less than my usual foundation and I fancy giving it a try.
