Hi everyone,

I've just become Ann Summers party organiser and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to get lots of bookings and where is the best place to advertise for free if possible

I'd try to advertise to the uni crowd if you can, I went to a few Ann Summers partys whilst at uni round at coursemates etc. flats/houses.

Hi, I did this several years ago and finding new hostesses can be tough!! A few that worked for me though...

Put some business cards in the local AS stores. Chat with the staff and be friendly so if anyone asks about partys in store, they'll recommend you. If you have cards on the counter, lots of people will pick them up too.

Go out to bars and nightclubs with leaflets and business cards and talk to random ladies. You'll prob get told off if spotted by staff but worth a go.

Free ads in corner shops/supermarkets etc

Free ad in local paper (classifieds section).... usually ends up with more prank calls than bookings but even if you get 1 it's worth it!

Leaflets through doors in selected areas.

I do this now and have done for a while so my suggestions are

if you havent already got then start a facebook page, online free advertising is everywhere so check out google for this,

do a textathon to everyone in your fone asking that they forward to 1 or 2 friends (make sure you put ur name and number in the text) and this gets ur name around

and of course once you party you will get girls booking with you too, ask them to add u on facebook and put party pics up - free advertising!

Make your parties fun and ensureat the end of the night you book them in for the next catalogue release date if not beforehand!
