I know this was a freeby but i had to wait ages for it. I ordered it on the 8th, on the 9th my order status said 'printing', then expected dispatch date was 16th Feb.... why? I got it on 19th Feb. I don't think i will chance ordering a 'paid for print'... i can't wait that long for it when other places do photo's a lot faster.

My mum ordered a canvas print from a different company on the 8th, it was at her house on the 11th. I will use them next time.

Is it because it was free that it took so long? They didn't give me a good first impression if the freebie was supposed to get me to order again. How did anyone else get on with their order?

I can't remember how long it took, but that wasn't an issue for me anyway, and seemed to arrive without a long delay, and really pleased with the poster and the way it was packed.
