Loan or Credit Card?
I have debts totaling around 2500 including my overdraft with an income of about of 1300 after tax. At the moment this is from a credit card which i have my car insurance on which I pay 100 a month that is from my car insurance as well an old credit card and a student account I used and never really paid back in full. As I say I want to get all my debt in one place and just continue to pay just over 100 pounds a month, increasing once my disposable income increases. Originally thought about switching to a 0% credit card and just switching the credit card debts of around 1700 pounds but everytime I speak to Barclays they try to sell me a loan and although I don't believe them they seem to hint they're my best deal
loan rates from barclays which they have been pushing are 24.9% APR to repay over 3 years. This means interest of 1000 pounds doesn't it?

Yes 2500 over 3years at 24.9% is just under 1000 in interest.
What interest rates are you currently paying on all your debts? If they are less than 24.9% then it would be pointless to consolidate.
Might be useful to look at the snowball calculator at whatsthecost.com an input all your debts and APRs and work out the cheapest way to repay them, paying the least amount of interest.
A 0% card might be a good idea but you are likely to struggle to be accepted for oneA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
