letter to creditors---help---

I have just joined Payplan and have downloaded the letters i have to send to my creditors.
The letter states that i cannot meet the minimum monthly payments, but i have to write the reason i cant pay these payments, and i am unsure what to write. Has anyone any ideas please.:eek:
