  • My mortgage has been slowly rising anyway over the past year. Only by tiny amounts though. It's based on the 3 monthly LIBOR + 2%. I'm not in a position to get a fixed rate so I will just have to hope it doesn't all rise too high too soon.
    I wouldn't want to have to take a lodger as I'm used to having the place to myself but if needs must ............
