I think I might lend a landlord money from my savings with deals like that, freaking hideous. I bet that 'starting rate' won't be available to LL's with LTV of 85% either.Have owned outright since Sept 2009, however I'm of the firm belief that high prices are a cancer on society, they have sucked money out of the economy, handing it to banks who've squandered it.0

2.5% fee - great
0.4% broker fee - great

One of the majorchanges in recent years is the massive increase in the arrangement fee.
It was not the case in 2007.
Really with arrangement fees to that level, it's not worth a 2 / 3 year fix.:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.
