Tax Credit - Husband is Non Uk Resident

Please help, the tax credit office don't seem to understand and aren't able to provide help so i've asked them to stop my tax credit payments. My husband's place of residence is overseas he is registered correctly via HMRC as a non-uk resident, he doesn't get payslips and he doesn't get a P60, i've explained this to them and i've asked what i should be claiming but they just keep asking questions i'm unable to answer. I've spoken to my husbands accountant who has told me that i should be making a tax credit claim just for myself...Can anyone out there tell me what i should be doing, I am a tax payer and i have a child under 7yrs surely i am still entitled to claim something.....
