I am fuming!!!
Cabot are phoning me on my work mobile three or four tims an hour. I have not answered and only found out it was Cabot by doing a reverse phone check. I am not going ot speak to them but I want to do stop phoning letter but I don't have an account reference or similiar, any ideas on what to do?

shameless bump as I have had a further 7 calls from two different numbers!
I should add that I have quite and unusual name and a quick google would find me and this mobile number

i am going to send the standard letter without an account number on. I am gettign so sick of the calls now but i would appreciate some advice. I am now paying everything and have arrangement so I do not know what this can be

Answer it - explain to them it's a business number and they are stopping important calls coming through. Or change your number?

Get the reference number for your account and then do everything in writing.

My CC was placed with them and even though they first started hassling me with calls I told them that I wasn't prepared to discuss it over the phone and they would have to put it all in black and white - and it seems to of done the trick.

they are still phoning. They got the stop calls letter today and are being processed by TPS. They are trying through differenct agencies as well, Activ Kapital and Thames Credit (these where new to me) so they have had the stop it letter as well. They have all signed for them this morning.
