    There is one prize of the Carisbrooke Kitchen in Taupe from the Cooke & Lewis range, B&Q. The prize can consist of any combination of cupboard units, doors and drawer fronts, handles, island units, worktops, sinks, taps, plastering, tiling, flooring, lighting, storage, accessories and design and installation costs plus removal of old kitchen, up to the value of £10,000. Any cost incurred above this amount must be paid by the winner. The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize. The prize does not include appliances or building work that may be required. Such work must be arranged and paid for by the prize winner to the necessary certified building standards prior to the kitchen being fitted.
    The prize must be claimed before 31 January 2012. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. The winner’s details may be used for marketing purposes. The competition is open to citizens of the UK, with delivery to mainland UK only.
    The promoter of this competition is Ideal Home. The service provider is Telecom Express. Entry instructions form part of the rules. This competition is open to readers aged over 18 who are resident in the UK, Channel Islands, other than the employees (and their families) of IPC Media Ltd, the reproduction house and printer of Ideal Home, and participating sponsors and their agents.
    Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
    Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner.
    Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event of a competition prize being unavailable, Ideal Home reserves the right to offer a prize of greater or equal value.
    All prizes must be accepted as offered. There can be no alternative awards, upgrades, cash or otherwise. All details and prices are correct at time of going to press. Proof of posting can not be accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned.

    Hi Daphne You're thinking of the po box 502 they most def can't go AIOE, but po box 503 can.
    PPd's list on the first page, lists all that can go AIOE. HTH :D
