Thanks very much pa2539, I've been entering these but emailed them today to ask for certain whether it was just local areas that can enter, this is their reply:

" You are fine to enter; however, with on-air competitions where we state 'we will deliver to you', this does only apply to addresses within Rock FM's TSA (total survey area) for which Glasgow isn't part of!

If someone was to win who is outside Rock FM's TSA, alternative plans will be made regarding the delivery of the prize although this wouldn't be on the day stated on-air and could be anytime up to 28 days. Neither would we be able to guarantee delivery by personnel connected to Rock FM."
