Also a client could say 'he changed the IDD, the one I saw had different terms / fees'.

Access, if it is a specific fee agreement between the broker and you (as apoosed to his generic FSA format terms of business ('Key Facts About our Service') then there is no excuse for the fee amount to read anything other than what you agreed.
Just ask him to amend the 1.5% to £95 and re-send the correct printed agreement. I don't understand why he is asking you to sign this anyway, if he is only charging you £95 and you have paid this it seems a bit unecessary anyway.I am a Mortgage Adviser

Hi all. I altered the form to say the amount i was paying, in absolute terms and as a % of the loan. I sent it like that so hopefully i was just anxuious over nothing and the broker is all above board. If i get any supsicious activity ill be right back and asking for your thoughts. Thanks for all your advice.0
