Nice result. I doubt you will be going to a bank again to get advice!
Banks should never have been allowed to do pension switching. The remit of tied agents is that they can talk and discuss about their own product range but cannot make recommendations on products that do not form part of that. So, how they could analyse existing products from others doesnt sit well with me.
Of course, since the pension review, most banks have stopped doing this anyway. You can see why.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
