Submitted claim 18working days ago still heard nothin?!?!?

Hiya, i submitted my claim to capital one on the 18/10 and have had nothing except the acknowledgement from the court. What do i do now? Thanks xx

I'm afraid you have to sit and wait it out. They have 28 days I believe. (Cant really remember even though mine was only 4 months ago.) It should tell you on the acknowledgement you received.0
