Littlewood's admin charges PLEASE SOMEONE REPLY

I have posted a few times about Littlewoods and really need some advice.
Basically I had trouble keeping up payments and Littlewoods kept adding administration fees. Last month I worked out I only owed them £39 although they insisted I owed £110. I paid them £50 and wrote saying the payment was in full and final settlement. They still keep writing and sending statements saying I owe £60. Today I have had another letter and they have added another £15 admin fee making a total of £75.
I have written and emailed and they just ignore me. Do I really have to pay these charges?

The world is over 4 billion years old and yet you somehow managed to exist at the same time as David Bowie

Could you try claiming back the charges like people have been claiming back bank charges? It doesn't seem fair that they just keep adding on extra charges!!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
Que sera, sera.

I am in the same way with them! They just ignore everything and demand the money! I am going to try and claim them back but they add them on every month. Just write 1 more letter demanding a reply! x0

I would agree. Go through the correct channels to claim the charges back, including the ones you have paid for. This probably be the only way to stop it. Once you have your charges back (it does sometimes take a while) then the account should be cleared ready for you to close it. The longer you leave it, the more charges they will keep adding.0
