Eating eggs after best before date

Though if egg past it used by date and your cracking it.
Pour into a empty bowl first so if it is off you do not contaminate the rest of the food your adding it to.
I do this for all my eggs too. They taught us this at school and it's one of the few things that has stuck with me.
I do a lot of baking, some of the cakes use 10 eggs and I would hate to lose the lot because of one bad egg.

You're supposed to put the eggs in water.0 -

I never even check what the date is on eggs. Often have eggs in the house for several weeks so have obviously eaten them after the best before date and I never do the float test. Can't remember ever having an egg that was off.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

I often eat eggs after the 'date' stamped on them as long as they sink in a pan of water and don't smell funny. I ate some from 07 Jan yesterday and they weren't as fresh but tasted ok. I am fine so far.0
