trouble returning unwanted goods from BOL

I hope this is the right bit of the forum, feel free to relocate it!
Before Xmas I ordered a book from BOL, they said they posted it on the 9th December but it never arrived. They did however, send me two totally different books with another customer's name on the invoice.
The book I wanted never showed up, I complained after two months and they have refunded my money.
I have emailed them about the unwanted books, and got no reply. I filled in the automated returns page, and got an automated reply saying a representative would collect them shortly. This was just before New Year.
These books have been in my possession now for over two months, and I have offered to return them but BOL have not collected them. I'll be blowed if I'm going to post them back at my own expense!
Legally speaking, how hard do I have to try to return them, and at what point can I legitimately consider them mine and flog them on ebay?
