DMP Alone - Some Advice Please

Hi
I'm wondering if some of you lovely people could advise me on the best way forward.
Basically I have about £25K of debt. This is spread across the following. These figures are approximate.
Cahoot £9500 (dealt with by Apex)
Barclays £3100
Egg £5000
Halifax Visa £5500 (with Fredrickson)
GE Capital £500 (Lewis Group)
GE Capital £400 (CL Finance)
Next £600 (Debt Managers)
Argos £400 (Moorcroft)
I had been on a DMP with CCCS for 3 years paying £104 per month. Stupidly I missed a couple of payments and they have now cancelled the plan. I only found this out when I phoned to make a payment over the phone as I was late in doing so due to my child being in hospital. I know it is my own fault so please no-one shout at me.
Therefore I am hoping to go it alone and could do with some pearls of wisdom. My plan is to pay off the 4 smaller debts quickly ie over the next 6 months as I'm selling stuff etc. I would like to arrange a discounted !!!!!!. Obviously I need to make some sort of payments in the meantime though. This would then leave me with at least the £104 to spread between the big 4 at the top.
What is my best way to approach things? I have never CCAd these people. Is there any value in doing this now? I'm not trying to run away from this debt but really hope to make arrangements with the creditors and have interest suspended. Also I don't even have account details any more. Since CCCS were dealing with everything I didn't keep details. Do I write to the creditors now and ask them to continue to accept the payments I was making or do I sit back and wait to hear from them?
Any advice appreciated.

Is bankruptcy out of the question? If it is, maybe because you own a house with equity or you are in a career that prohibits it, then this is going to be a long job, however you tackle it.
For now, I would not contact your creditors but wait for them to find you. You should save what you can, in a separate fighting-fund account maybe. At £100 per month, it would take six months to save the bk fees anyway, if you went down that route. You should not be using any active bank accounts with Barclays or Halifax or Santander.
It may help for us to have a statement of affairs
If you adopt the pick-them-off-one-at-a-time plan, start with CL Finance as they are well known for taking court action, not just threatening it.0 -
Ex-spendaholic, what about contacting them as they usually send a statement each month which will give you more details about your creditors. Good luck.0

surely CCCS will provide you with up-to-date balances and details of who they have been paying and how - ie the bank details of your creditors or those acting for them?
I would have thought if you asked CCCS they should provide this info to you. If not you could do some kind of data protection request to see all your paperwork they have on you.
