Some of the things we could sell on ebay- i.e clothes only worn once or twice in the summer. I am compiling a list of items to put on ebay at the moment (missed the 10p listing day as couldn't get camera to work and OH was out). So far got 2 diesel t shirts, levis, sky box, Faith shoes, books and a dress.
Also get 10% back of payments made to account so this is paid straight to the balance.

Managed to make £26 on ebay tonight. Not alot but every little helps. Got another two items to list tomorrow.

Not heard anything yet from the mystery shopping compnay, will have to chase them up.

Received my first lot of statements thorugh from RBS, charges totalling £1070. Just think if I could get that back it wousl pay off my Choice bill :j

Just a little up date....
Got letter off to RBS, which totalled £2035 in bank charges. We have reduced our debt by a few hundred pounds in last month and I am waiting on the outcome of an interview for a much better paid job.
Have alos managed to get all my Christmas presents exceot one without going into anymore debt thanks to pigsback, freebie offers, grab it now posts and ebay.
Things are looking up but always looking for more money saving ideas!;)

Is your credit rating any good then? It strikes me that if you have trouble getting credit anyway, it would be best to get some advice from the CCCS or similar to see if you can persuade these companies to freeze their interest. TBH I think it's commendable that you're paying so much off a month, but the interest must be slowing the whole thing down quite considerably! I would work on getting interest rates as close to 0% as quickly as possible.

I think you need to also work out exactly what your outgoings are. If you spend a little on stationary, going out, papers, toiletries, etc, etc, you need to work out how much all of these are costing you so you know your exact position. It may be that you're having to dip into your overdraft a little each month because you find you're running short of cash because of all the other smaller items adding up.
