    I think it is a fantastic idea and would love for one to open near me, even if it worked out I was paying the same for food from Tescos with my discount I would stick with it as I'm sure as more people become involved higher discounts would be given.

    I would also love one to open near me and i live in orpington!!!

  • It's a shame that the supermarkets don't put lower prices on their whoopsies, and items going out of date. Sometimes the reductions are so small that there is no incentive to buy. Why not knock them out really cheaply, rather than throwing away.

    I love the concept of the People's Supermarket. Even though I live 40 miles out of London, I am considering joining - because I can probably do my shift one day a month - and it is an idea I believe in. Once my work gets a bit more normalised (exams at the mo), I'll be popping along to Lamb's Conduit...
