hi everyone

can anyone help with this

i am thinking of buying a new build flat
flat will be ready in september
they want 10% deposit within 21 days (£40.000) flat is £400.000
the rest paid on completion when i move in and have sold my property
upshot is, can i borrow the 40k and how?
i could probably find 10k if need be

my mortgage is £147.00, property value is 650-700k
mortgage with santander
5 year fix until july 2012
