Creditors ignoring my letters

Hi,

I've recently had my lightbulb moment, and after everybodys help after posting my SOA, I decided to write to my creditors and the debt collectors as none of the phonecalls i make have been getting me anywhere, and then receiving harrasing amounts of calls back.

I have written a letter to each and sent them all recorded delivery... no reply,

.. I received the next months statements and also another debt collector letter, stating, since you havent made contact.

They are all ignoring my letters, what do I do?

2bh DCA's make up loads of rubbish about lack of contact. write back saying u sent a letter on xx date and was signed for on xx date and no response. the more facts u give them the more likely they'll respond. although some wont at all. happened with a couple of mine so i waited until they sent it to a DCA and i then told them the story.

I have sent them the offer letters that i've got off here.

Will do, suppose ill have to just keep sending the letters, I will attach the other letters aswell just as proof, I've also got printed copies of the signatures.

You said you sent them recorded - did they get signed?

most of them basically dont want to reply in writing unless its to demand this and that. they will keep hasseling u by phone so they can abuse u. stick to letters.
