Thanks for your support , im feeling a bit lost really as i am tempted by an iva to write it all off.. Will they freeze interests on my credit cards if a go with a dmp De x
  • Although an IVA is tempting due to guaranteed interest frozen, it will cost a fair bit in charges and if you default, the creditors can go for bankruptcy. A DMP would not result in this.
Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time

  • precesion martial arts camberley money scam!!!

I have paid £339 +£200 to precesion martial arts in camberley in august 2010 to train for 6 months. I have attended 7 lessons and they gave me a' blue lined belt' for £35...unfortunately i could not carry on with the training because of some personal problems+ i did not like the training and their price.

I have asked them to terminate my contract on 25 sep 2010 and to give me a refund.
Unfortunately i have signed a very strange and unfair terms and conditions when i have joined them, they said they will never refund a single penny at any cost.
I'm happy to give them the money for 7 days training!
As i'm moving away from the town i can not make the time up any way.

When i have asked for the refund, they said they will never give any money back once it is paid to their account. The only thing i can do is to train for the rest of the term.

I'm going to loose £574 for nothing...it is really unfair. As i have signed their terms and conditions it is very difficult to fight..what should i do? Is it at all fair.?...please help me....

They really do not deserve that money for any reason...

You signed the terms and conditions and if they say you can't get your money back, then that's what you agreed to by signing up to them.
