    for the quick meals, it could be worth you researching the 'cook once, eat twice' approach (it goes by many names, e.g. economy gastronomy called it tumbledown meals'

    say for example you're cooking mince. do a big batch. one part becomes a spag bol, another part of it can be jazzed up to form a shepherds pie for later in the week (or to go in the freezer for another time). Or add chilli and kidney beans to make chilli.

  • I've also got to have either quick meals for the evenings or SC recipes as I work up London and only get in after 8pm and that's pushing it for 30 minute meals!
